I am the managing attorney of the Personal Injury division at Amourgis & Associates. I focus my practice focusing on people who have been injured or killed as a result of automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, animal attacks, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death.
I have presented numerous cases to jury and bench in the areas of criminal defense, civil defense and civil plaintiff cases. I have extensive trial experience in the area of personal injury law as I have practiced as a defense attorney for the large insurance companies. As a result, I have first-hand knowledge of the tactics and techniques used by the insurance companies against a plaintiff in pursuing a case. For over the last ten years, I have been successfully representing injured plaintiffs as lead counsel in numerous counties and appellate courts throughout Ohio.
I take great pride in my practice and strive to provide personal attention and quality representation for every client. It is my goal to guide clients through this process by making this difficult situation as easy as possible by communicating with the client with regular updates as to the progress of their case so that they can make an informed decision on matters that will have a major impact on their lives. I use my experience and resources to employ necessary investigators, accident reconstructionists, engineers and medical professionals to level the playing field against the insurance companies that do not have the client’s best interest in mind.
