How can I get my car fixed?
There are two parts to almost every case: property damage and bodily injury. Property damage is the damage to your car. Bodily injury is the damage to you.
Remember, they’re like train tracks. They leave from the same station and they arrive at the next station, but they don’t cross each other. Because property damage can be easily estimated, it usually gets handled first. This way our client can get their car back in working order as soon as possible.
If the other person is at fault and they take responsibility for the accident, there are two possibilities: having the vehicle repaired or having it totaled and you will receive the market value.
